Pelicans And Penguins — faulty product

I received a product of different description than the one shown on the site. I've also not received any mail after sending mail for return. The colour shown on the site for the bag i ordered isn't the same as i received. It's red instead of a shade of pink. I haven't received any reply from them after mailing my issue. This is highly unsatisfactory.
