Hi,
I had ordered a bag from an online shopping website: http://www.pelicansandpenguins.in/
attached is the image of the bag
it was for Rs 750/-
The bag has defects. The faux leather near the handlle is in a torn condition & also the handle colour was dark brown in the picture shown on your website whereas i have received a tan coloured bag with a tan coloured handle.
Even the zips are of a very bad quality, too hard to open and close.

Then i asked them to replace my bag and they asked me to courier the bag to an address:
shop no 6, swadeshi market sadar bazar. delhi - 110006
Post couriering them i confirmed with them through mails and Facebook chat that have they received the bag?
They said yes through facebook chat and didnt reply on mails and said will send me a coupon code which is a credit note as they donot return money.
Its been over 3 months i am following up with them but they donot reply to my mails nor Facebook chats.
They havnt returned my 750 Rs and courier charges of 150 Rs of sending the bag neither given me a coupon code.
Kindly take necessary action against them
They have fooled many peple by sending bad quality bags.
there is no telephone number also given on their website.
They have only option of cash on delivery
