[Resolved]  Pensa Media — Misselling & the poorest customer service I ever experienced

Dear Sir(s) I was a customer of Pensa Media- Effective Responses, I have a lot of issues from your services, which are as follows: I purchased a marketing plan of yours via invoice no. 2908 Dated[protected]. I paid Rs. 16854 through a cheque o[censored]nited Bank of India dated 301-2012. ALMOST 2 AND HALF YEAR PAST I LITERALLY RECEIVED NOT A SINGLE SERVICE, WHICH I CAN CALL SATISFACTORY. I was supposed to get a website of 5 pages with contact us and query form page. (Please find the bill copy attached, for reference). Which I never got. What I got was a mere single landing page after 1 year of an irritating, depressing & the longest I ever heard procedure. I DID NOT received a single actual lead from your SO CALLED marketing campaign. What I received, are literally 2-3 bogus leads in the whole span of the one year. My domain name expired, & after one month of expiry I received an intimation from you (While ethics say that you should notify at least 2 months prior to expiry), that it has gone through from my hand. Your email was also attached with imaginative domain & hosting prices. Only an organization who doesn't know what are the market prices can demand such prices. The prices were completely out of this world & were absolutely high, at least you must considered of the poorest quality of services you provided to me. You hosted a website (Actually a single landing page) for me for 1 year (Please find the bill copy attached, for reference), which stood of no use, since I received not more than 2-3 bogus responses in the whole span of 1 year. You committed 10 e-mail IDs on the booked domain (Please find the bill copy attached, for reference). Again I received not a single one for that. Your executive committed on your behalf that I will also receive Sponsor Link (Please find the bill copy attached, for reference). Once again I received a ZERO. Considering all the above 7 points, I am TOTALLY HARASSED, AFFLICTED & DEPRESSED by the UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE of yours. I request you to kindly Refund me my money which details are as follows: • Amount I paid on[protected]: Rs. 16854 • Interest on the Amount @ 24% p.a. for the period of 2.26 Years (Till[protected] Rs. 10678.49 • Compensation for the Mental Harassment Rs. 50000 Total Rs. 77833.49
