Pensa Media representative took a campaign renewal check of 56, 180 Rs from us in 17/11/2014, and since then, our adwords campaign is not working. After contacting him several times, I was told that the company has shut their local office in Pune, and all the operations will be handled directly from Gurgaon/Noida office. Sent several emails to customer care, and finally got a reply from them asking to be patient until 23rd. But there is no reply after that. Their phone number are also not working.
