Shaadi.com is fine but vip shaadi is big fraud. As soon as i took paid package - people started chasing me to upgrade to vip shaadi. And mr tausif and his manager called me over 20 times harassing to an extent - i was like let me give shot - it can't be that bad. But trust me it shows 0 result. One by himself can get better results on shaadi.com. Never ever upgrade to vip shaadi. It's biggest fraud out there.

Till now their has been 0 acceptance from matches selected by vip consultant.in meantime near 10 acceptances have happened from normal shaadi.com

These people send messages for free advice on kundli or any personal problem. But only give sweet sugestion and ask to pay small payment. And then they take time and tell us that there is big problem and need to pay pay more for further rituals. All this is to grab money. Nothing else. They say they are from ayodhya. That is why we people trust them. They must be banned.

I was using shaadi.com for my son's profile and taken the premium subscription on 03/11/2019. After that shaadi.com team members (Sayeed and madiah - mumbai region) were continuously emphasizing us to take select shaadi subscription which will cost us rs.13000 and if we didnt get the required mathing profiles then they will refund the complete amount. As soon as i paid the 145$ for 6 month my profile went under screening and there is no way to contact shaadi.com people i don’t find any contact number for usa personals, only indian numbers.
I guess once you become premium member they don’t care about you, before that they used to call my usa number from different number so i can buy membership, once i bought it my profile went under screening and no way to contact them. I submitted a ticket but didn’t get response from them. I guess all profiles are fraud and as soon as i paid the money i was put under screening so i can’t contact other people

This service is such a waste of time and money. They make you all these false promises regarding the matches when you inquire into the service and they send you some profiles weekly which might not even meet your search criteria and keep doing till your membership expires, just a fair warning to people not to fall into the trap and use your judgment before signing up. You could be using that money for something worthwhile!!

We have had an account in shaadi.com for years and it had been constant canvassing about vip shaadi. At last i paid money for it and according to the cover, they are supposed to provide us with proposals of our preferences. What they did was to send random profiles from the site and nothing else. And when confronted, they don’t even want to rectify or give back the money. They don’t want to give out numbers of anyone in the management and random people would call to say they cannot do anything. We are planning to go to court and keep updating active reviews until we receive the money back.

I got many requests on shaadi.com. But the shocking part was most of these profiles had the same personal and professional information. Infact all the profiles were such that the guys are engineers or doctors and are associated with un and are placed in afghanistan or iraq.
I got scammed by the first guy as we started talking and then after few days he demanded money so that he could come visit me in india.
When this was happening, one more guy having the same story as the first guy approached me and then i realised something is wrong. Shaadi.com is full of such profiles. They don't even check such profiles. Because of such fake profiles, genuine users like us get fooled bad eventually scammed.

This matrimonial site (Shaadi.com) is full of fraud and scammers. This site is a lie and you won't find any good profiles. I was scammed first time and learnt my lesson, i went back in this site again and saw the same scammer and reported to shaadi.com. They asked me to report to police, they have legal team, what are they doing? They have scammers ip address, credit card infor, they can take action and get them arrested but no. They want...

Shaadi.com is asking for immensely sensitive information ; driving license and passport information. This is not right on their part to abruptly sending an email to cancel the account and demanding this information and not leaving any phone number to call or giving any alternate option. They should leave their phone number to contact them to support documents via media/skype for those who don't want to upload the document s. By now shaadi.com is aware people are not comfortable to upload the sensitive information.

There's no reachable customer service phone number for folks in the us for customers to reach. The number they have is not working.

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way your team has delivered the vip service. Firstly, i myself had to call and ask for the free consultation despite registering for this. Then, during the consultation, when i raised the concern if there would be a good pool of profiles for my number one preference of assamese brahmins, i was assured that you do have it. Trusting your sales team, i signed up. I didn't have any other option.
However, during the introductory call itself, the consultant realised that he has next to nothing to offer. And so, he said, he will refund. I agreed. However, your customer service representative was very adamant that i should continue.

At her insistence, i did give the service another try. However, i am deeply disappointed to report that it has not at all met any expectation. Once again, the new consultant admitted that there are no profiles for my first preference and the ones that he has been sharing for the second preference can be obtained even without a vip service and frankly, do not even qualify to be called 'vip' profiles. Your sales team made a big show of how only high quality profiles are included in this program. This certainly isn't true.

The only saving grace was the first consultant who was honest. The new consultant seemed to have been briefed to be very cautious in his interactions. I found his approach pretty half hearted and insincere. Further, he said one thing and did another.
Eg: 1) when i told him that i had missed the call from the escalation team, he said he would speak to foram shah personally the next day. However, when i called him the next day, he said he was at home.
2) i had asked him to follow up on 2 profiles that i had shortlisted even before i had signed up for the vip scheme, which he was. Upon telling him that i would like to end the service, i asked him if he would like to let me know the status of those. He said there was nothing. However, he came dropped a chat message later on asking me to contact one of the prospects. To me it looked as if it meant, the prospect had conveyed that to him. But, in asking him, he said he had meant that i should do it on my own now.
I hope you understand how serious these kinds of erratic communications are.

Adding further, the quality of your profile writing team is poor - they submitted a write up full of language errors, misleading facts, distorted facts and cliched statements. The number that you have provided on the app for connecting with the vip ceo is not in use. How do i talk to anyone of you to convey my concerns?

Understand that your sales team has their targets to meet. But they should not do so by swindling people. I don't see why i should be paying inr 35, 000+ to receive this kind of poor service. Hence, my sincere request to you kindly initiate refund.

There is a fake profile from uk, the name was saravana krishna. He has spoke to all o[censored]s from my family. He just used me for getting money. As many reported he just had an agent calling me and asking for money. He also said he came to cochin airport and he couldn't clear the custom because he had 25000 pounds with him. An agent called me and asked for money. Finally we found it was fake.
Please be aware guys. Dont loose your money to anyone.

He also said he had a baby girl and he also sent his baby girl along with his moms picture.
He always says everything happens because of god.
Guys be aware. Here then no one would get affected by these stupid guys.

Shaadi.com asking to submit money & threatning me.
Hi I was paid member of shaadi.com.but I was not happy with them. So I had claimed my money. The reason of behind this not giving following services on my preference :-
1) daily recommendation my preference
2) matches of the day. My preference
3) recent visitors details. Nil
4) Premium & free matches. My preference

When I call on customer service1860***3456 they disconnected my call 10 time. Even I called indore sales team also. Who sold me platinum+ package. Her name is Hemlata Baghel, & Priyanka rav. They also disconnected my call 6 time.
After facing this problem. I write a mail.

They contact me after 2week later. The person who called me whose name is Hussain mobriwala ( he said I am associated manager)
I discussed my all issues. He said I am give you

Now guys 3days back shaadi.com asked me money ie threatning me. They gave me 7days ultimatum along with popup. I am adding snap shot also, that will help you.
Please take our premium membership plan otherwise we will deactivate your account. Again I called customer service they disconnected my call.

Whenever I write a mail about this. Few days later. I received a call from Mumbai office. The person who called me. Whose name is Vishal B. He is a too clever and very oversmart. He said me I am Sr manager. I discussed my issues.

He told me our company is running in bad condition. How to generate company revenue. How to give employees salary. So are selling marriage package. We are a sales marketing company. We do have a Lowest price plan. Sir it is mandatory to each, every member buy our premium package. We send a randomly message to all members except paid member.

One of my friend telling me dear they cheat you & bias.

When I say Hussain mobriwala ( associated manager) give me 1month free service. Vishal B said me I don't care about this. I say you are sit in E - market So you have to follow govt rules. I gave some examples :-
1) Every bank ( Govt + Pvt) follows RBI rules.
2) Every insurance companies follows IRDA rules
3) Every hospital ( Govt+ Pvt) follows Medical council of India, ( IMA) rules.
4) Every telecom & DTH companies follows TRAI guidelines.
5) Every vehicle holders follows RTO rules.

He declined everything. I said your competitors like jeevansathi.com & bharatmatrimony they are not demanding money with any member.
They have also premium plan. Again he declined me. We are a different. I don't care.

Last thing I would like to tell you. I know you are a different, you are conducting Pvt company. So you can decrease or increase premium package charges. But you can't force to any member. Buy our premium package otherwise we will deactivate your account.

A watsapp msg from +[protected] mentioning that the person is tanveen singh and he is interested to get married to you. He will chat with you for 4 to 5 days and finally will ask to send him money for his mommy's treatment. He will say that he will return the amount once he z back in india. This is a scammer who tries to take money from you on pretext of getting married to you. Beware.

My advice to shaadi.com is that they should target profiles on complaints filed by users and stratify based on that. These sites should be user friendly

I bought a platinum plan for 1 year on the 16th of june as i wanted to find a bride. However after less than 2 weeks, they deleted my profile without any reason. I contacted the support (Which was very difficult as i am in mauritius and the toll number does not work) in delhi and they asked for my passport etc. I sent them by mail and also by watsapp. They said they would unblock it, but they didn't.

I later sent a mail to the care department, but they replied saying they can (T unblock my profile. They said i had other reasons than matrimony. Is this a joke?? Why the hell would i pay if i didn't want to find my ideal partner. I have in no way not respected the terms and conditions.

This is purely an abuse.in europe i could sue the company for such practices. Worse is that they didn't even refund my 1 year subscription.

I still want to find my ideal bride, so if they unlock my profile, i will be happy.
But if they can't, they should refund me fully.

I am very deceived by shaadi.com.
I have been reading over the net that many paid members had the same issue.

Please never use shaadi.com.. Or use it for free. When you buy a plan, they delete your profile for no reason.

And never send your passport proof (I did and they didnt do anything.. I think they stole my identity too.)

I had last three experiences with shaddi.com are very bad, though i complaint but they did not take much action. Specially sh95842018, anurag sharma, dentist from south delhi. I asked then to check his divorcee degree but they didnt, does driving lisense will this out.

He is a narcissist by nature, he talk to you nicely and suddenly start shouting and say all bad words, he is not having his divorcee degree, how can you assure weather he is still married or divorcee, shared nude pics of himself, he just wanted to do everything before marriage to test you, as he said. And when you say no, he send you unnecessary mail and messages one saying all bad words and other just opposite of it like emotional blackmail.

Beware of this man.

I became a VIP member thinking it would benefit me and they paint such a pretty picture that we will send prospective matches in Mumbai till Andheri only.. It's been 1 and a half month and no conversations with anyone plus no meetings also. The Mumbai team is crap and now they are not willing to refund the money.They had promised that the account team will get back with the details to refund the amount but nothing till now.Its been 15 days since I complained but they don't even make me speak to the senior and my retired parents have to personally go and it's such a waste of time.Its not cheap, we've spent 60, 000/- for the services and it's so bad.

Dear sir/madam, upon various representations and submissions from your end, i took the vip services offered by you (Sh[protected]. The highlights of the issues being faced by me are as follows: 1
1) first of time they took three weeks to get me a representative the later customer representative hardly called 10-15 times whole time. He always called around my work hours and even repeatedly telling him to call after work hours or in weekends. There was no transparency in his call and most of the matches were really bad and scarce, we got only 18 matches in span of 65 days. The representative used to blame me for not accepting the profiles but i had already accepted the profiles.
There was no follow ups about how matches have response and no introductions. Even my sister has contacted my agent and tried to contact the representative still there was no response from the agent.

.2. It has been about 60 days off the quota of 90 days and you have not been able to arrange a single meeting so far. There was even wrong notifications send to app saying you introduce us to 7 matches in fact it has been only one to whom i have has a conference call.
3) despite the regular follow ups and various requests from our end, we do not get the information on the profiles sent by you
4) we had requested for discussion with senior member of the team to address the issues, only to be told that the senior will be available to take call at his leisure, may be by end of the day. Despite various concerns there was no response,
Despite various representations made by you, in reality, there is practically no difference between the free services offered by you and the services to vip members.in fact, it is a complete waste of time, money and energy.
