They are saying me to pay the money for the work which i have not done . They are saying to Rs 97000 approx Their advocates are also saying me to pay . What should i do and they are also sending mesages from court name malad address . Please help me out if any one knows what shoul i do. Their mzg was "Dear Tanmay Deshkar, Your Case Has been Registered in: State:MaharastraDist: Mumbai Court:- Mumbai City Civil and Sessions Court, Malad, Mira Nagar, Dindoshi, Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400097Case Status: Pending Petitioner : Pepper and JonesCase number: UEL09/2019/339Filing Number: 2019/339Advocate Name: Dipak ShindeAct: IPC 406, C73, 74, 75Case type: BREACH OF AN AGREEMENT. Kindly Call On [protected] For Future Details." And 2nd mzg was "Dear Tanmay Deshkar, Your Case has been registered No. RG98BRA/MAH/1205/8138L is going for further legal proceedings Kindly Call On [protected] For Future Details." I recieved 2nd mzg as soon as i called them and talked to them they give me only half hr. Time and all and they are now saying me to pay Rs. 97000. Please help if any one can ? Hi everyone. I had the same problem. you can check my concern in the previous comments.

Please ignore such mails or messages. block the numbers and email ids. do not delete them. They will not do anything.

They will try to contact once or twice but ignore them completely.

I have ignored, no more calls, no notices, nothing.

please dont talk to them and show that you are believing them or fearing.

I have talked to a laywer, they are fake.

Brother I am facing same issue.
They have sent me same 2 massages...
And important thing is our complaint registered number is same.
They are totally fraud.

same is happening with me. They said they will send a legal notice to my address. Has anyone received a legal notice hard copy? I know they are fraud, but such harassment with repeated calls and emails are disturbing my mind.

hi, please ignore them, my case number is literally the same as yours. and as much as I know, case numbers are of 16 characters and do not contain "/"

I will file a case against them now. Thanks all for providing such information about them and proofs.
My colleague just ask me help about it as she also got same threat calls and text from them.
There is a team of these fake lawyers and although they are using advocate emrollment number which belongs to Adv. Sahil Rajput.
We are going to charge them under "The Advocate Act, 1961" - profession missconduct, ipc-420, 503, 383.

I too got same threatening mails and messages. I was so feared but after searching in Google I got some relief after seeing all the above complaints . Please take against them .please Although they are fake It is really a mental tension .

Same issue happen with my family member today, after reading all comment above one thing is clear that there fraud partern is same . Only advocate name changes but not there registration number.

Request adv vishal verma to take some legal action against them
