I ordered this item on pepperfry on 10th Jun and item delivered at my address on 14th Jun. The item was completely damaged/mashed condition, hence, I placed return/exchange request immediately on very same day along with an image of delivered item. I called pepperfry customer care team many times and every time I was assured to get a call from their return dept as customer care team cant do anything in this matter but I never get any call, however, to my surprise while calling to pepperfry again, they just lie to me as put attempts for calling since I didnt get any call except an pre drafted email stating that my item cant be returned. I tried to escalate this to company grievance office Ms Heena sohandani, however, didnt get any response except the same auto generated mail for unable to return the item. the company has cheated as the item shown in picture was not at all what I was delivered and post placing return request, customer service team (who I tried 4-5 times) are started misbehaving and kept me on hold for hours without even bothered.
