[Resolved] Pepperfry — 3+2 seater sofa in blue colour by adorn homez | |||
We have ordered 1 pc 3 seater sofa and 1 pc 2 seater sofa of blue colour from pepperfry. Both these orders were delivered same day and the total worth of both was inr 55, 998. We have received the delivery of the ordered sofa on november 23, 2018 and just next day (November 24, 2018, we have placed the complaint against the defective product. After so many follow ups, surveyor visited our place and confirmed for the return of defective product. Now, it has been such a long time and since then no action have been taken further in my case. No further response is being served to us on our follow ups. We have been harassed to a bad extent since november.in scope of return we are not able to use this product neither we can take the delivery of another sofa ordered from other vendor since space is limited in our flat. We are providing the documents in reference. Pls help us in return of the product as this is of no use for us and our good amount is also stuck with this. Sep 6, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved It was very peaceful and received quick response on our complaint. We were not able to get answer from the company but after this complaint, received call also and the defected product was returned as well. Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
