Pepperfry — alton shoe rack delivered damaged

Extremely passive CUSTOMER CARE. You have to keep poking them to get one step ahead. I bought a shoe rack and it was damaged. Same day i requested for return/replacement. Around 20 days over but nothing is happening.

MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSs   Replace all
