[Resolved] Pepperfry — assembly request | |||||
A two door wardrobe was delivered on 10.12.2017 to our address at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh as per our order ID No.[protected] dated 27.11.2017. (https://www.pepperfry.com/kenzou-two-door-wardrobe-in-wenge-finish-by-mintwud-1589896.html). The delivery boys told that they would not assemble it. When contacted the customer service of the company over phone, they told that they would neither provide a carpenter locally nor take back the product since the location was not a serviceable one . They told that a statement was appearing on the webpage about such indication. When we told them that no such statement was appearing they said that since the product was already out of stock, no statement of that kind would appear. In this regard, we strongly protest that when the company is giving huge publicity of their products online and attracting the customers for online shopping, what is the use of booking them online and wasting of our money without receiving the ordered product.
