I had to shift my base from my current city due to my company promotional policy. I orderd a furniture from them on 0106.2019 and i am shifting on 4th july, when i called their customer care for cancellation as i no longer would be available on the shipment address, they denied saying it cannot be cancelled. My question is since the particular item has not shipped yet, why it cannot be cancelled.
