[Resolved] Pepperfry — cancellation of order denied by the company

Pepperfry denied the cancellation of the order after 5 hrs of placing the order while delivery date is 20 days after the date of booking. They without listening to the problem straight away denied the cancellation.
Called customer care as well but no solution been provided
When the item is not shipped they denied the cancellation
