I placed an order for a center table on 17/07/2019 (Yesterday) having order number :[protected], and by error added the wrong color of the same product in the cart. After making the payment i realized that i have ordered the incorrect color. I called the customer care and asked them to amend the color as the product is not yet dispatched. Customer care rep simply denied
And refused my request.
I understand they do not have a cancellation policy and it is just a matter of change of color. Please look into the issue. If they cannot accommodate small requests like this, then they should move out of online e-com business at all. Was this information helpful? |
