[Resolved] Pepperfry — Cheap quality pillows were sold to me | |
Hi Team, I ordered pillows in Pepperfry website and I got the order but the quality of order is worst and not exactly same as in website. I got a call from one of the Pepperfry representative and he said he will not accept the return as per the policy. Pepperfry cheated me on selling the cheap quality of the product. Please help me on the returning the product and refund of my money back. Note: I attached both website image and product which I received images. Order details mentioned below. I requested the return of my product in the pepperfry.com and they called and they said they will not accept if customer is not happy with the product and I asked them like "So pepperfry don't care about customer satisfaction" but no response from them. I don't know why these guys are behaving like this and also the person who is called is not talking in polite manner.
