[Resolved] Pepperfry — cheated on 2 products and not processing return and refund | |||
Order number :[protected]Pm8947 & pm5952) Both of these products and not received on time. 1. Pm8947- has been received as it was being used earlier by pepperfry the image shown on website and product received are having huge difference. 2. Pm5952- customer care says it was delivered on 26thoct but i have received it today 2nd nov at 12:35pm after i made a complaint to pepperfry yesterday. These people are not intiating refund and not replying on emails in which we have mentioned alot of times about the fradulent. This is simple disgusting that when we order you need 100 percent money and when you deliver you can't deliver on time. You can't see customer problem you deliver wrong damaged and incomplete products. I want this issue to be addressed by consumer complaints and want the resolution. Take the products back to your inventory i don't need damaged products on the amout i paid to these fraudsters. Done with pepperfry.
