I have received the delivery on 22.08.2017 and installed by the carpenter by two days after i. E 24.08.2017, we (Both o[censored]s) have noticed a scratch on the table and complainted thro customer care within 7 days from the date of installation. Now, the company refuse to take up the matter for rectification and disobey from their responsibilities as we were busy life could not make a complaint within 2 or 3 days. Technically speaking, after carpenter installation only we could able locate the damage as previous delivery boy told us not to touch until the installation takes place and it clearly shows the delivery boy did a mistake in handling the product Pepperfry being a company simply escaping their liabilities inspite of huge cost Whether the forum will guide what to do the next step to resolve the issue and could able to get the top management to escalate the matter Was this information helpful? | |||||
