[Resolved] Pepperfry — Company is not providing exchange for items | |||||
I had placed an order for a single set of presto red poly cotton 47x59 inch eyelet window curtain which was part of order no.[protected]. The product delivered matched its specifications shown on the website. However, it did not fit in my window size. Hence i asked them for return. I received a reply saying that the item can neither be exchanged nor be returned back since it is against their policies. After this when i went to order a second set of the same curtain to fill in the size of my window, i have no option of buying a single set. But here was only one option of buying a set of 2. When i contacted their customer care, they are saying we cannot provide you one set since the options are not available with the vendor. Very dissatifying. They are only concerned about their policies & their vendors whereas customer's loss is of no value to them. I would like my issue to be resolved as the item is of no use for me. I want it exchanged or atleast provide me a one another piece of the item to fit in the size of my window. Kindly address my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
