I ordered a set of pindia cream curtains from pepperfry's app.. Being a regular customer of the website i never expected to be cheated.. However i received an item which was very different to the websites image as well as my expectations.. I spoke to the customer care and despite that i have received absolutely no help or cooperation from the team, let alone anything else atleast there' should be some basic etiquette to revert to customers and hear out their problem. I am extremely unhappy with the product and just because the team does not agree with the difference i see in the product image on the website and the one i have received they refuse to take it back. I request you to look into this else i will be forced to take necessary action. Order #[protected]
