Dear Sir,
I have received a bed which was ordered on 07 Mar 16 and within few days o[censored]sage bed was damaged.
Reason bad Assembly as it was not assembled as per the drawing and I am attaching the order copy and photograph of damaged item.
It is requested to replace the bed with good quality I am ready to pay the difference and whatever amount you will tell me subject to items should be good and durable.
