[Resolved] Pepperfry — damaged product and no way to reach their customer care | |||
Pepperfry sent the Damaged product which was delayed in delivery..and I am not able to connect with your Customer care, either by Phone or via App. I finally receive call from their Feedback department. When I give her my feedback that I have received damaged product and am not able to connect with them she disconnects saying you need to call the customer care number.I won’t be able to help you Was this information helpful? | |||

If an order has been placed by mistake atleast before any processing it should have been cancelled
