[Resolved] Pepperfry — Damaged product | |||||
I had ordered a whole set of furniture's through pepper fry vide order no[protected] except for one product all the balance products had complaints and now initiated a cash back for 4 products i need to wait for another 10 days for cash back and not able to procure the items due to no immediate cash back one of the order was totally different shown in picture - coffee table i had asked the team to look into supply vendor and no feedback on the same The team needs to understand we order for festival and amount of calls i have made and explained over and over again is taxing why should we go for online and why is the quality not maintained i have spent my time and money in calling the customer care and after repetitive reminders they call back with no proper justification why cant the team look into this seriously, i would not recommend anyone for pepper fry Was this information helpful? | |||||
