When opening a recliner the metal inside is rubbing against the cloth/foam thus tearing it off in last couple months. It is very clear that the metal slider nut is hitting the foam every time recliner opens or closes. But while raising a request for repair as it is under waranty the service is declined saying its usage issue. How sad it is to look at customer service that even this clear manufacturing issue has been termed as usage issue and the matter is closed. I need the recliner to be repaired as its under waranty as well as its a manufacturing defect.

The warranty covers any defect as per the terms and conditions laid out by the manufacturer. Your product seems to have been damaged due to usage, which does not come under warranty terms & conditions.
