Pepperfry — defective product and damage while assembling

I bought a dressing table from pepperfry last month (17th august 2019). The product was initially damaged. The handle was broken. But the official who came to assemble the product took the photo and said that he would order a new one and come to fix it. It is 12th september now and that is still not fixed. Also initially we did not notice the slight crack in the mirror. We have not started to use it. Last day the mirror broke at that cracked portion. Now with these two defects i would like a refund for the product or atleast a replacement. But i am not able to do that through the app now. Also i have been trying to connect with the customer care for days. I am never able to get the call connected. Please help
