I had placed an order for Betty Slipper Chair set of 2 with Pouffe Ivory on September 25, 2020 which was delivered in November 2020.The product was found to be defective on delivery. The technician who came for installation claimed that with usage, the alignment would be alright. But within few days the legs started giving away and I lodged a complaint for repair. The technician who came for repair stated manufacturing defect and could not rectify. I lodged a complaint for return & refund. On 28th November, I got a call from customer care(Ms.Mona) who asked whether I wanted a replacement or refund. I confirmed over mail that I wanted a refund as the product was not up to the mark.I ot no response for the mail. Surprisingly I got a call on December 1, 2020 from their customer care claiming that they can only replace and cannot refund. The product was delivered defective, could not be rectified by their own technician. I do not trust the quality of the product . Seeking a refund please.
