[Resolved] Pepperfry — defective product not returned by pepperfry | |||||
Bought a bed from peperfry.com, after assembly the bed was shaking, i complained to customer care, after a week of lingering the case, one of account manager of pepperfry, (Naresh) called me and asked to accept the product and fix the problem by self, we will offer an additional discount of 5k rupees. I denied as the product was defective. Same day evening, i called customer care for update and i was shocked with response, they literally denied to return the product. And told me to do whatever you can. I am feeling cheated by pepperfry... I lost my money and mental peace too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
