I ordered a 4-door wardrobe from Pepperfry order ID:[protected], and technicians arrived to install the product on 15th February. But the installation was rendered unsuccessful as the wardrobe was defective due to faulty and missing parts(Images attached below). So we placed a return request immediately
We are getting emails from Pepperfry that the problem will be sorted out in 48 hrs 72 hrs etc. Even after 2 weeks apart these messages nothing has happened from Pepperfry's side regarding the return/replacement.
We are regularly following up on Pepperfry's customer care regarding this. Apart from assurances that the problem will be sorted out in 48/72 hrs every time we call them nothing is being done from Pepperfry's end even after 14 days.
This cannot go on further with absolutely no response from Pepperfry to settle the matter. This is not acceptable from a company of your stature. I have spent a hefty sum of Rs 32, 000/- on the wardrobe and you guys have sent a faulty piece without proper inspection before dispatch putting us in enormous hardship.
Request you to settle the matter immediately either by replacing it with a fresh one or Refund the amount at the earliest.
