[Resolved] Pepperfry — delay in delivery and poor response | |||
We ordered a sofa online from pepper fry and while booking it said delivery in 2 weeks. In the mean time we kept calling the relationship manager Alston, and he remained out of office all through. Now, its been another week and the sofa is still untraceable and the customer support is asking us to wait for another 10 days. Horrible experience, even after paying the full amount to these people. They only market discounts, but don't market that they take 40 days to deliver products to their customers. Don't book orders on pepper fry if you are in urgency, as they are not going to deliver products before 40 -45 days. I dont recommend pepper fry to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
