[Resolved] Pepperfry — delivered damaged, product still didn't get refund | |||||
I placed order in pepperfry on 28th of august order no:[protected], they scheduled a delivery by 14th of september but deliverd on 21st of september, tat to not provided carpenter assembly as promised and received product was in damaged condition and upon asking customer care they told they will refund money for that, it's been 10 days still haven't received refund and any updates regarding this issue from pepperfry, and there contact no also not connecting. They are giving fake assurances, please find attached the screen shots of mail conversation and photos of damaged product, please take some serious action against this company Was this information helpful? | |||||
