These are 4 defective chairs delivered to me. I shared the photos and immediately initiated return request. I have raised multiple request through your app for a call back since 14th January and haven't received call back only twice. The associated i spoke with did not offer me any solutions. I sent an email to their grievances team. Kingsley from their ensured that by 22nd the return will the take care of however again this associates neither responded to my email nor did he bother to give a follow up call. It's been almost two weeks now with no information from them. Their store doesn't wish to address this as I bought it from they app. And they do not have a customer care number where I can connect with a representative and talk. They only have a call back mechanism. They are putting me through a lot of metal harassment and frustration by not issuing the refund and picking up the chairs from my house.
