[Resolved] Pepperfry — delivery delay of pepperfry.com | |
Hi, this is with regard to order no.[protected] wherein i ordered 2 beds to be delivered at my location. I specifically mentioned in the options available in the order page that both the products are to be delivered to me on the same date. The expected date of delivery was shown in the website as 9-13th of december. While one product was delivered to me on 10th if december, the other is yet to be delivered. Moreover, on 12th of december, they suddenly changed the expected delivery date to 27th of december.in this regard, i have a confirmation mail from pepperfry stating that the expected delivery date is 11th december. I've contacted their customer care several times, submitted written complaints but to no avail. They are yet to give me a specific date for the delivery of the product, and they are also unwilling to cancel the order and refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |
