[Resolved] Pepperfry — Denied return request for defective product | |||||
I have ordered a gold metal wall clock (order Id[protected] from pepperfry and received defective product. Now I want to return this product and have mailed photos regarding product to anderson.[protected]@pepperfry.com. But he said there is no any defect according him and very rudely behaviour from his side and denied to accept return request for this product. Now what should I do? I want to return this product. Here I am attaching photos related this product and you can see the gap between metal lines are not same and numbers are not straight eachother. Just check in photos clearly seen those defects.
