[Resolved] Pepperfry — denying the to take back the product because their policy is only to take back the damaged product | |||
I had ordered 2 door wardrobe from pepperfry, it came in and they assembled it here in the house, its very light product and the back side sheet is so thin that if you punch it hardly that it will break easily ! So I initiated the return as I was not happy with its quality, but there was no response even after 3 days though they sent a msg saying they ll get back in 48 hours, so I called up the customer care and they said thier policy says that they cannot accept the product back unless it was damaged I was not happy with their response so I asked if i can speak to the higher authority, so some person called me the same day I was explaining my concern but that person said the same things too n in between he disconnected the call ! This is really frustrating, first careless customer service people, second No better product description, third No option to cancel the order request ( this is the worst thing in a online shopping), fourth - if there is a space to write that there is 7 days return option available in bold and big letters please do also mention below that it is for only the damaged goods not in some hidden return policy which nobody reads.
