[Resolved] Pepperfry — even if the item is not shipped, they say they cannot cancel the product

I ordered 3 items from pepperfry on 12th jan 2020 and once i ordered then i was able to track that it will be delivered by 30th jan 2020 which is unacceptable as i will be flying out of india on 25th jan 2020. Hence, i would like to cancel the order but they say once ordered cannot be cancelled. But why cannot an order be cancelled when i placed it 1 day back and when the item is not yet shipped +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Pepperfry Customer Care's response Dear Rohan, we are a marketplace company and provide our merchants a platform to sell their products. Hence, we do not accept cancellation once the order is placed. However, we will check with the merchant for possible options and revert you soon.
