[Resolved] Pepperfry — extremely bad post sales support | |||
Hi, i purchased a entertainment unit through pepperfry in july 2017.in september 2017, within 2 months, the unit starting having defects. Since the unit is under 36 months warranty, i raised a complaint. But for last 10 days, i am following up, but no help. Complaint number is ph[protected]On 26th october, 2017). I spoke to agents vaishnavi, subham and their floor supervisor vincent. They all promised a call back, but never arranged for the same. Pepperfry is lying about the special tool and special part being arranged for the rectification, but on asking what tool or what part, they have no idea, including their supervisor.in fact, they never called to discuss the detail of the issue and just spinning the stories.
