[Resolved] Pepperfry — fake product, delayed and partial refund | |||
I had bought 6 polyster floral curtains in set of 3 from pepperfry and when i received the product it was totally different from the given image on the website. So i requested to take it back. Firstly pepperfry denied to return it but after few calls and mails pepperfry agreed to take the product back. Now it’s been more than 20 days but still i am calling them for refund. Product was picked up on 21st september and i have returned the whole order but pepperfry sent me the mail for refund only for one set of curtains. Everytime i call the standard response of pepperfry is that we are confirming from our warehouse wheher we received full order or not, just give us 24 hours. But their 24 hours are not finished even it’s been 20 days now. My order id is[protected] and my case number is - ph[protected].
