[Resolved] Pepperfry — false information about product provided on website | |||||
I bought a frying pan from the pf site which the site claimed was nonstick. After a single use i realized that the pan was not nonstick. I further confirmed this with the manufacturer and then raised a return request. However pf refused to process the request as the pan had been used. Although i pointed out to them that in this case their site was at fault for providing false information based on which i had made the purchase and that their error could only be discovered by using the pan, instead of apologizing for their mistake and processing the return they have not taken any action.
