I have purchased a "Kosmo Value Dresser in Natural Wenge Woodpore Finish by Spacewood" from Pepperfry. Order No.[protected]. The mirror provided by them is faulty and has improper balanced. The reflection wides the person in the middle of the mirror and narrows down quite a bit in the sides. The issue was noticed by me, my family members, different carpenters so I raised the issue with Pepperfry but they refused to entertain my request of return/repair even after providing clear images/video of the fault in the mirror. No carpenter from Pepperfry even visited my premises to check the issue and they termed it as User Perception and closed the ticket. Maybe my eyes have an issue but it cannot be the same for 5 other people.
Mr. Dhaval Pandya from Pepperfry Resolutions Team has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional in dealing with the issue. He has been very reluctant to understand the issue and failed continuously to provide a proper resolution and kept repeating the same thing again and again. As part of resolutions team, he claims that he doesn't even know the contact/email ID or the process to escalate an issue. He has been a complete waste of time.
Please look into the issue at the earliest and provide a resolution at the earliest. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY for a faulty product. Please take back the item and provide me a full refund. I don't want to be a customer of Pepperfry ever again. Was this information helpful? |
