Pepperfry — forcing to buy a sofa order more than a month back

Falling prey to the big brand name i. E pepperfry i ordered a sofa on 11th may 2018 order id[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 8th june 2018 on not receiving the product even after committed date i called there customer care and requested to cancel the order mr alex there representative after much argument confirmed cancellation and asked me to wait for 24 hours to receive cancellation confirmation. After a day i received call from there cancellation manager ms vandana who was very rude and forced me to take the delivery and even offered a discount of further 15% to lure me which i very politely declined then she said she will check as why the order wasn't delivered on time and will get back to me with all the telephonic recordings but after a while she called and failing to share any call recordings very rudely told me that order can not be cancelled for reasons best known to her. It's been over a month now and my money is struck with pepperfry and i don't even have the product. I feel cheated by the brand which claims free delivery and easy returns. Pls help. Regards mrs uppal
