Pepperfry Furniture — Incorrect color and parts missing | |||||
I ordered a DIY WHITE wardrobe from pepperfry that got delivered to me on Aug 29th. Since i just moved to a new house, amist all the chaos and guests over i did not open this package untill the 6th Sept. On opening the package to finally assemble it, to my surprise the bolts were BLACK and the door magnets are missing. I immediately contacted Pepperfry the next morning as they were already closed for the same day. So many calls and so many requests to have the wrong parts exchanged and have the correct parts sent so that i cn have my wardrobe and start using it, BUT "PEPPERFRY" being sucha company would just not be willing to help, stating the 7day return policy over and over again, making absolutely no adjustements or not even making any efforts to understand what a customer is going thru making the entire wardrobe worth 3600/- useless. Firstly there are so unreputed, sending the wrong products and over that acting like they doing us a favour. Horrible experience, since i have been back n forth with them since the last 4days.
