Peeperfry is the worst e - commerce site they don't have any saying of their own commitments. I booked an order against order no[protected] on 19 th oct 2015 which was to be delivered by 26th oct 2015 as per their track report. I called them up on 27th oct 2015, customer care executive registered my conversation, complaint number texted 01015515 and promised that your goods will be delivered with in 48 hours, on 29th oct 2015 called again customer care executive said after enquiry and verification that's good will be delivered in 24 hrs, today after completing 24 hrs. I called at customer care again about the delivery of my good's. Today he said after checking his records, that goods can be delivered only by 4th nov 2015 wed. Every time i tried to get thru the customer care, even their supervisors do not have time to assist me/customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
