Pepperfry — harassment regarding the purchase product through pepperfry | |||
I want to lodge a complaint against pepperfry for delivering me a wardrobe with Hardware parts missing. I bought REN THREE DOOR WARDROBE (ORDER ID[protected]and paid an amount of INR 11249 which was delivered on 13th FEB in a dismantle condition and its still pending for installation as missing Hardware parts is still not arranged by the company. I have lodged both written and telephonic complaints to concerned authorities, but there was no response. Then i initiated my request for refund as there was no update from Pepperfry regarding the Hardware. They took more than two days to confirm the same. Now that the request was confirmed for refund the pick up person has his own tantrums of picking up the product. As per him he can come after 2300hrs (which is obviously not the suitable time).
