Pepperfry — horrible experience and fraud. not accepting the returns fitting within the policy and incorrect description on website plus rude customer care
Bought Jazz High Back Ergonomic Chair with Headrest received the product after couple of weeks. After receiving the product found out that the product is defective with wheels getting stuck plus the arm of the chair is not extensible. So requested for the return of the same didn't receive any intimation from them regarding the rejection of the item. I had to find out that after few days myself when i call there customer there are rude saying we already intimated that your return is not acceptable and we have intimated same they can't do anything now. They are also mentioning that the return policy won't match the criteria. Here is what the policy states on the website below is the screen shot attached.
Please help me in resolving my complaint

Updated by Naveen Byalakere I got the order status only after talking to customer care let alone they not intimated any return not accepted mails.
