Pepperfry — I am not able to cancel my order | |
I have placed an order in pepperfry some hours ago today. After less than a hour i realised that the order was placed under a different name. I have sent an email to the team asking to either cancel the order or update the name in the invoice, that is when i got to know that there is no way to do either of this. I wanted the order in my name to submit it for reimbursement. Now how should i proceed. Please advise. Was this information helpful? | |
Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 07, 2020 Pepperfry Customer Care's response Dear Mridusmita, we are a marketplace company and we provide our merchants a platform to sell their products. Hence, we do not accept cancellation once the order is placed.

Are you people not getting it that I do not want the order either cancel it or update the name in billing address. Just telling about your policies does not solve my problem.
