I ordered a wall clock and they delivered a broken item.
After delivery of product, the website did not allow me to initiate return for 5 days saying the product is not delivered yet. The next two days i was traveling and when i came from travel on 8th day it says my return window is closed. So, basically they just gave me 2 days as return window. Then why they mentioned 7 days as return window as their website?
And when i called the customer service, the guy on the phone is extremely rude and impolite in answering my questions and he disconnected my call in between. Horrible experience!! Was this information helpful? |
