Its being so long i have raised request for return of 3 Door wardrobe, it says pick up requested (weeks before). No one has been assigned to pick the item and no information from customer care or any. Tired of writing to them the only revert i get it issue is resolved ticket is closed pls raise new request. How can you close the ticket without taking acknowledgement. Call backs never comes back post your order stuff.

Order details -
1) 3 door wardrobe - Issue mentioned above
2) 4 door wardrobe - After ages it has been picked up and refund initiated - amount is somehow not matching with my calculation it should include- Product cost+Carpenter assembly charges+shipping charges. No one in your Customer care able to answer split of refund of 25, 479???? I do have RIGHT to ask the details.
Can some one look into this matter on an URGENT BASIS AND REVERT OR CALL ME WITH STATUS NOT TAKING ANOTHER 48 HRS TO CONFIRM WHICH IS NEVER ENDING. Was this information helpful? |
