Pepperfry — Kosmo grace 3 door wardrobe | |||||
I ordered kosmo 3 door wardrobe, which I received in damaged condition. Probably because of poor packaging. The person who came to assemble on behalf of pepperfry, assembled some parts and when he saw that backpanel is damaged, he didnt assemble the remaining parts like door and all. I have raised a refund request, but person from customer care said that by monday 29th may, they will surely have that damaged part changed. Now its already tuesday 30th may, nothing has been done. Pepperfy wont contact customers. Customers have to struggle. I called them today and asked for refund, they now said that they have raised the refund request and it will take 7 - 10 days. Already its more then a week and I am following with them on every alternate day. They also nothing is done. Very very poor service. My first and last transaction with Peperfry.
