We have ordered one king size bed Name - Hawana king size vide order id no;[protected] dtd 12.10.2015 and paid Rs 31462.00
we reminded on 26th oct 2015 for delivery and got a massage from papperfry customer care that the bed got damaged and complete amount will be refunded in one week time.
we called today to customer care again getting same answer.
kindly help us in getting the refund
