[Resolved] Pepperfry — Non delivery at doorstep | |
I have placed an order of Bean Bag vide order no.[protected] on 25 th June 2014 for Goa destination. On 28th June 2014, I have got a call from Sanquelim post office asking to collect the parcel. When I said I have ordered online to Peppefry and it was free delivery to doorstep so it should come to my doorstep, why should I come to collect the parcel then Post man said its too big so he will not come to deliver, I need to go and collect. Then I have arranged a person to collect the parcel by paying Rs. 400 for travelling. This is highly disappointing, it was my first order to Pepperfry which is highly dissatisfactory.
