Pepperfry — Non-delivery of item even after more than one month of payment

I have booked ceiling fan on 31St.Oct.2015 payment made still waiting for delivery Order No .[protected] Order ID[protected] Worst part of it that I am getting contradictory information some times order is delivered other time order is cancelled refund credited in your a/c which is false I checked my bank a/c From last 15 days hearing same stereo tape order will delivered within 48 hours but still not delivered Another part is that Pepperfry have not mentioned address any where so that I can file case against them under Indian Panel code and in consumer forum T P C Gupta Advocate
