Date of Incident: 16th July 2016 client number:[protected] full description: Order ID #[protected], its now nearing two months & till today I have not received the correct product. Once in awhile, when I escalate to Pepperfry customer care on twitter I get a call from your executive Prashant. He gives assurance but unfortunately nothing is full-filled.
